Colour lithograph with use of crachis (spatter) and possibly with the addition of colour pochoir (a printing technique involving the use of many stencils to handprint each colour), printed on fine wove paper and backed with a support sheet. My apologies if my advice about the techniques employed are incorrect.

Size: (sheet) 57.5 x 39.5 cm.

Lettered in plate with the artist pseudonym name: (lower left) “SEM'”.

Condition: a strong impression with rich colour. There are restored tears, fractures, replenished losses in the margins and a flattened centrefold, laid onto a support sheet of archival (millennium quality) washi paper providing wide margins.

I am selling this huge lithograph that, in my interpretation, captures the soul-destroying feeling of being excluded from the razzle-and-dazzle society during the period of glamour of La Belle Époque, for AU $312 in total (currently US $193.09/ EUR 188.36/ GBP 158.13 at the time of posting this listing) including Express Mail (EMS) postage and handling to anywhere in the world, but not (of course) any import duties/taxes imposed by some countries. Note that payment is in Australian dollars (AU $312) as this is my currency.
