Apelleae: liber hic, studiosa juventus, aptata ingenio fert rudimenta tuo: hos
duce carpe viam, membratim tota figura discitur, his gradibus scandere ad alta
dabit”, in Amsterdam, p. 150.

Engraving on fine laid paper with watermark and wide margins as
published.

Numbered on plate: (lower right corner): “No. 163.”
State ii (of ii) with the burnished erasure of “* * 5” and the
change of number from “150” to “163”.

Condition: crisp faultless impression in pristine condition (i.e.
there are no tears, holes, folds, abrasions, stains, foxing or signs of
handling).
I am selling this large sheet in museum-quality
condition with a remarkably beautiful rendering of goats resting for AU$220
(currently US$158.47/EUR13.18/GBP124.40 at the time of this listing) including
postage and handling to anywhere in the world (but not, of course, any import duties/taxes imposed by some
countries).
