Rome and Vicinity), published in two volumes in Rome in 1823 and later in 1829

Condition:
richly inked, superb impression with small margins, laid upon an archival
support of (millennium quality) washi paper. The sheet has small restored tears
along the edges and the upper left corner margin is replenished, beyond these addressed
issues the sheet is in very good condition for its age (i.e. there are no
holes, folds, significant stains or foxing).

this huge etching of arguably the best preserved of all Roman buildings and
burial site of the painters,
Raphael and Annibale Carracci, for a total cost of AU$756 (currently US$515.48/EUR467.33/GBP421.14 at the time of posting this listing) including
postage and handling to anywhere in the world (but not, of course, any import
duties/taxes imposed by some countries).
