I
am selling this visually arresting engraving designed as a model drawing for art
students to copy/study, for AU$210 in total (currently US$146.05/EUR130.89/GBP111.54
at the time of this listing) including postage and handling to anywhere in the
world (but not, of course, any import duties/taxes imposed by some countries).
If
you are interested in acquiring this superbly executed engraving—note in
particular the use of dots foreshadowing what would eventually become a stylistic
hallmark of Jean Charles François when he showcased in France the crayon-manner
of engraving (viz. the use dots to graphically reproduce the textures of chalk
drawings) developed by Pond
and Knapton in England—please contact me (oz_jim@printsandprinciples.com) and I
will send you a PayPal invoice to make the payment easy.
